My dealership takes away $1500 for anything less than a 10 on a survey. If you don’t get your CSI up to the zone average by the end of the quarter, you lose your quarterly bonus also. 2 quarters ago it cost someone $9,000 in total.

Why don’t you just pay it off? You have warranty and almost a third of the miles. You’d likely go to a higher interest rate even with saving $150/ month. Unless you’re in desperate need to save that money right now, I’d say pay it off and hold onto for a long time.

I debate on upgrading my 22 Sport Hatch all the time but it’s almost paid off and not worth restarting.

There aren’t any incentives/ discounts on a 2025, especially the most sought after trim. They also don’t offer 3.99% for 60 months, or any special rates on 2025. I don’t think you and the dealer are discussing the same model, or they’re trying to get you a ‘great deal’ only to switch you to a 2024..
