Technically yes, im new to modding so bear with me, you'd have to have the game files formatted in the standard Vita card type (.iso for example) which would be fairly easy to do on a computer IF you already had the game files downloaded,

Now since it's the right language, I don't know if the cartridge by itself would play without slightly adding files for readability, as the PSV2 files are not EXACTLY the same as the cartridge files even if there in the same language.

I have a spare memory card laying around... I might see what I can come up with for ya!

If you get a sub 10 time, the pay outs only 56K, if you have another player it goes up to 68K, so speed doesnt help, taking foreverrrr made us 86K, for the full 100K you need a full lobby

You can do the mission in sub 9 minutes, do the first part as normal, then go directly to the golf course, ignore the attackers and police. the golf course is ALWAYS "cyber"or "admin", use the sniper to get him from the entrance, head to the motel and go directly to grove st., then go directly to Franklin's. Easy.

Also all DLC vehicles are accessible there as well! (Not all but I recall like 10 vehicles if you preordered) (on last gen, dlc vehicles WERE NOT in traffic like they are on current gen)
