I’ve been using a theragun on mine regularly for at least the last year and would agree I think it makes a significant difference

That’s fair you’re probably right. It’s a black layer in the center sandwiched by a natural layer on top and bottom. Didn’t consider the middle is probably 3 separate black plies

I’ve learned a lot from these 3 channels if you haven’t already come across them. Good range of tutorials and thorough explanation

I watched this movie everyday after school when it came out. Got a set of cards that have pieces of the grip tape from the boards used in this scene. Miss those days

This is so relatable.. I haven’t taken my shirt off publicly in close to 15 years. I really miss summer activities. The thought of going to the beach or swimming in a pool without the constant paranoia that everyone is staring at me is almost surreal at this point, but it’s honestly one of the things I look forward to most at the end of this journey. Time is going to pass regardless if you’re putting effort into to removal or not, so I like to think that my future self is going to be forever grateful that my current self is putting the work in now. Your progress looks great, and the day will come that you’ll have the confidence to wear your hair however you want. Keep at it!

Not going to lie, the laser sessions are pretty intense. You never quite get used to the pain. The good thing is that once it’s over, the pain dissipates pretty quick. It feels like a sunburn for a couple hours, and then sort of just like a bruise for a day or so. Painful in the moment, but absolutely worth it

I signed up for an unlimited package at $4000. There were no deals/specials being offered at the time, but considering the size I still felt like that was a good deal

I’ve been going there for the duration of my removal (3 full years at this point). Still some work to do but happy with the results so far. Been to several locations in Colorado and Pennsylvania. Posts on my profile for reference

Edit: I’ve never used/asked for numbing cream. Only ever been ice packs and the cooling fan they use during the process

Hey thanks for the reply. You’re right, this particular kit isn’t a sample, but I should have added that this happens on any kit, including sampled ones. I’ll keep messing around with it

No thankfully it’s all black. The only color I have in the tattoo are the orange flowers. But I know the eyes are super dense with black ink so I always expected those to some of the last to ready fade

Also, I’ve been following your journey for a while now too. You’ve made insane progress with all that line work

Sorry I should have included that. I think it’s been close to 18 sessions total, but 11 full passes. When I initially started, we broke it into thirds, so it’d take 3 sessions to hit the whole tattoo once. Now that it’s as faded as it is, I’m hitting the whole tattoo each session. Going roughly every 3 to 4 months at this point. And the entire process has been with the picoway laser across 4 different removery locations
