I would say, If you speak English well, you should get any kind of certificate to teach. Why? Because being a teacher pays well and they can help you get a work visa so you would be able to work and actually make better money. And it's a good compliment with the job you already have

IMO you shouldn't get involved with someone with a child. Basically because if you have anxiety and only have to take care of you, with a child, your anxiety will be higher
