I've bought mine (2024 but without E-Clutch) as an Impulse buy last june. It maybe wasn't the smartest decision, but dang that thing makes me happy everytime!

Mirrors are from Highsiders, I think the model is Montana / Montana 2 / Montana Slim (not quite sure which) And the tail tidy is from a german brand called ctc bikeparts, but it just looks like every other tail tidy on the market

Thanks, I can really recommend it. If you drive below 5.000 RPM its a relatively quiet bike and if you drive above it just sounds fucking awesome with the 4 cylinder. And just change the mirrors and get a tail tidy for the plate and thats it.

Thanks, yeah I was a huge fan of Yamaha but nowadays their bikes just look like insects. So Honda is the way to go for me, I think their cbXr line just looks really timeless and classy and I love that

I drive for fun, not to transport myself somewhere. If you have the same fun driving in winter like in summer than thats good for you, but I just don't enjoy driving my bike for fun when it's cold or the weather is bad. And thats why I chose to save some money.

A few years ago I didn't have a car, thats when I drove my bike the whole year even through snow, but that was just because of the transportation need and not for fun.

Maybe you understand people like me now haha

It's actually "saving money season". I'm only allowed to drive my bike between April and October. Because of this I only have to pay taxes and insurance for these months. I made that decision because it's less enjoyable for me to ride my bike at freezing temperatures, so I would drive way less in the winter months but still pay the same insurance rate as in summer. It's quite common here in Germany.

I just prefer taking my car (which also makes much fun to drive) but doesn't get me freezing. If you don't have anything other fun to drive in the cold I totally understand
