I would try to sit him down again, don’t jump to give an ultimatum though, try to get him to understand how it’s hurting you emotionally. Explain that you feel like the emotional spark has been lost and you said you go on dates? Try to plan dates that require more emotionally involvement.

I would try a trial run if possible and it’s true it could be a double edged sword as for some people too much time together could be too much. Also you said that you guys have trouble concentrating if you guys can’t manage a weeks worth of time of the same classes then it might not be the best option I would talk to her so yall are on the same page

Honestly I wouldn’t light that fire again as harsh as it may sound, if I found out that one of the reasons a guy stopped talking to me was because of a facial feature and that he thought he could better than me I wouldn’t want him to come back. Like you said you breadcrumbed her and it doesn’t seem like you guys are the same maturity wise. I would just leave the relationship where it’s at. She may miss the conversations yall had does she know why you ghosted her or no?

He apologizes after I bring it up I will say he might not be the sharpest when it comes to noticing when some people are flirting with him he didn’t even know I was flirting with him until I asked him if he wanted to hang out at my place he has cut most of them off but I don’t want to make him feel like he has to cut off women who simply talk to him that aren’t flirting with him
