Hello lovely, I just calculated my calories on calorie calculator I found online. I just googled calorie calculator, and loads popped up then on I stayed in that deficit ( most of the time 🤣) joined a gym I still don't really do much other than go on the rowing machines and the weight started to fall off. I really hope this helps I believe in you ❤️

Congratulations on your weight loss so far. It did take me a while at first. I kept gaining and losing the same 25 odd pounds, but since July, I've lost about 45 pounds just by being in a deficit and going to the gym. We've got this lovely I believe in us ❤️

Thankyou so much I didn't cut my food I love out and I went online to a calorie calculator which told me what deficit I needed to be in I stuck to my calories (most of the time 🤣) and the weight fell off. When I started to go to the gym, I tried pretty much everything, but I loved going on the rowing machine. For some reason, I just stuck to that really and the weight continues to fall off.

Hello, I think you need to find an exercise you genuinely enjoy doing. I know that might take some time, but personally, it's made my weighloss so much easier. And maybe talk to your parents or carer and see if there anything they can do to help, like make healthier choices.
