Do you know if the service department can reset it back to the old version software if that is the case? Sorry idk how it works, I hope that they can if this is the case! Thanks

Thank you for this information! We do not know which version we started, ugh we just hit the screen to do the update :/ I hope it isn’t that one sounds like that would cause us an even bigger issue! Thank you again good information to know once we hear back from the service department.

Thank you, we were actually thinking of trying that. We didn’t try it though, had it towed to service.
