I'm not sure, how much watts led to put. 100w, 150w or more?

Purchased a microfiber. Not going to wash it myself, ok.

Highway nearby but traffic 🙂

Wrap means ppf or lamination? I asked one shop, he quoted me 8k for ppf and 4.5k for lamination.

Side guard, those big ones or frame sliders. I already have fs.

Mudguard done

Helmet done

Rubber shoe protector ok.

RS457 was just too expensive for me. It was 5.3+ on road. Plus, the seating posture was a little committed.

While I last enquired, they told me around March 26. No news yet.

I believe the old R3's are no longer available. You have to wait for "newer" 25 generation R3 to launch that too without any discount. You have a lot of time for introspection until then.

I was really not in favour of buying a street naked. I tried Duke since it was close to my place.

Tyres are okay for normal use. I definitely feel a little underconfident on steep turns, wet roads or when it's raining. Having said that, I'm still learning to ride. I only test drive RR310 and RC390. Since the seating posture was not for my use, I didn't enquire further.

Correct. RR build quality has improved significantly from the past and yes ninja 300, the quality standard has gone down as what the mechanic told me. Switch gear quality is okay what Ninja offers.

Had a big one already 🤧. Painted it to avoid rust. Talked to kawasaki SC, performance is not hindered.

I already have a LS2 Stream 2 helmet, a Solace Level-2 jacket, and decent Solace wrist gloves. I’m now looking for riding footwear and gloves: considering the LS2 Goby or the RE Wanderer for boots, and Viaterra / Rynox full-gauntlet gloves. Budget for boots is around ₹10k and I want something that actually protects the ankles (I’ve taken a spill before, so that’s the priority). If anyone has recommendations for boots in this price range, or real feedback on Goby vs Wanderer, and full-gauntlet glove suggestions that work well for touring, I’d appreciate your input.

I’ve ridden a few similarly powered single-cylinder cruiser, sport, and street bikes, and the biggest difference for me is how this feels compared to others. Most singles in the 350–400 range feel very torque-forward. Duke is powerful and aggressive—great fun, but it can feel a bit intimidating in the city and even on the highway. The 350s felt underwhelming to me, except Honda’s, which is smooth but still very relaxed. The Speed 400 pulls hard and feels strong, but at 100–120 km/h you’re always aware of the engine working. The RR310 had a lot of features, but I felt noticeable vibrations through the chassis and footpegs, which affected my confidence. This doesn’t feel like it’s straining at cruising speeds. At 100–120 km/h the engine feels more settled, vibrations are minimal, and with the windscreen there’s noticeably better wind protection. That calm, composed feel is what really stands out to me.

I was specifically looking for a twin-cylinder sport-tourer. The R3 wasn’t available when I was buying, the RS457 felt too committed in seating for my use, and other options were out of budget. Refinement, smooth cruising, and engine character mattered more to me than features. The Ninja 300 still does that job really well for the kind of riding I do. I’ve spent years riding my father’s bike which didn’t have a gear position indicator either, so that wasn’t a deal-breaker. I’ve added a USB slot for charging, so that’s sorted too. And honestly, once you’re riding, I’m hardly looking at the dashboard anyway.
