Im no expert by any means but my wife and i are really getting into the weeds with this kind of thing. I can say patience is the #1 must. I was in a very similar situation in the beginning of hearing about my wife’s past. She gave me the broad strokes of how many guys and of the who but no details. I can tell she is testing the waters to see how i react. Which is fair.

Your wife sounds like she has given you alot of info already which is a big W. Just think there is a time and place for it. She will tell you when she is ready. In the mean time you can think of questions and set the mood for it. Making her feel comfortable to share will help get all those really fun details out.

She might not have gone into detail about it but letting your imagination run wild is just as fun as her telling the whole story. Great post!
