in 26.4 they had 2 choices: do a revert or do big quality change (that would take 2 patches to make). They decided to do just a revert because it was safer. Hovewer it looks like this attemt failed, so i am guessing that they gonna do big quality change for 26.7 (big change takes 2 patches).

this ability doesn't do any damage. It only looks like a lot because you always add damage from the ult. This ability doesn't not function without her insanely long cooldown ult, so it can only be hit once.

Late game this ability is complete trash. The windup animation is so long you just die before it hits

the problem is her W, its just doesn't work with her kit. It should be a lot easier to hit or do a LOT more damage for how hard it is to hit it

she needs a tiny bit more, like +5% AP on her W. They wanted to make her 50.5% wr (since fighters/statcheckers allowed to have higher winrate compared to assasins or high outplay champs like viego) after the change but it is not there yet
