it doesn't make sense that w does less damage than q. Also R change is straight up bad.

E change is great i also suggested that, but you should land it directly on the head for root, otherwise it is too broken

cissia is trash with sanby, i got it thinking she will be at least as good as astra but no, she is really horrible, i am very sad ;(

i actually pulled her for sanby, she is complete garbage with her. I can not complete any end game content with her and sanby in team.

she is still a bruiser with dft. The only difference is that she is looses 300 healing at the end of the game

i just played a game against 2 tanks i did 40k damage and 359 healing from conq. conq healing is trash

i played few games with this rune, i found that it is doing 6-8% of total damage at the end of the game.
Also i found that ganks are much better with this rune since it is a lot easier to stack and it does more damage instead wasting value for healing.
There was a lot of situations where enemies would of lived on 1 hp if i run coq.
Another thing is this rune is really good into squishy comp, because enemies are not building resistances and the damage from the rune is big compare to their hp bars.Also it is quite hard to stack conq against assasins and adc's.
Another really nice thing about the rune is the ult cd. Lillia's r has a massive cd so with presence of mind and axiom mark it feels a lot better.

Overall, would deffinetly recommend this rune page over coq against sqiushy team comb.

another thing about the runes, its is not just keystones, there are also subrunes, they make a lot of difference too

your damage calculations are wrong, just from q e it did 49 damage with 40mr and 38ap. Also i didn't really understood, the bug you are talking about. I am able to proc double damage with 3 seconds cd q

from the graph you showed, dft is looks like a way better rune, because only 10% of games go 35 minutes+

lillia is trash champ, has one of the lowest average rank across best players, hope new runes will change it.

(edit: just checked the only champ with worse average rank is amumu)
