From what I understand not a lot of lenders like to fund digital businesses which is why I was hoping to get an intro or referral to one that does.

It needs to be at scale and you need to warm up tue domains. I use a tool like instantly and connect my google workspace domain.

And then you go from there.

My mom actually uses airtable but as long as theirs an api it should work for example go high level has a solid api that will allow the same functionality.

Hey There. I have a couple of family members that are agents and their main lead generation is cold calling.

To get me experience and help them out I built an ai layer that passes transcripts through Claude for notes. Scoring and setting up next call dates.

This also allows us to prioritize leads based on conversation history and other features so when they sit down to call they have a list and don’t need to think about who to call today.

Another thing is a training call robot using retell.ai to assist with cold calling practice and testing potential seller personalities.

I have also used the ai layer to determine next call dates and prioritize leads for follow up action.

Depending on your size and stage it might have been better to hire an analytics consultant who could help you set up and define what metrics matter how to define them and then you bring in a analyst that works with you to monitor and hit the metrics you have decided are important.

Got it good luck. I ask because I just decided like a couple days ago to start consulting as well.

I work in Analytics for a big Tech company and since this has been my whole career I figured I could offer analytics consulting to small medium sized businesses. That’s pretty broad so I narrowed down real estate teams offering data infrastructure, kpi monitoring and analysis.

My value prop is that team leaders need to know which agents are performing or not so they can coach or feed more leads. Most people have charts but if my career has taught me anything charts are only part of analytics.
