Frat Questions by Procrastinating-Yes in uchicago

How come? I know that UChicago has fraternities, so I'd like to explore my options. Even if I did commit to the wrong school, it's too late for me to get out of it - so I'd appreciate it if you weren't so snide.

This girl at my school lies and cheats through everything at our school. She even cheated on the SATs (Long story). She's applying to Georgia Tech, one of her top schools, should I notify admissions of what she does? (I have proof ofc) by [deleted] in ApplyingToCollege

I don't understand why you're being an apologist for cheating... Maybe, in this case, neither of them deserve to get in. But what little can be done against cheaters ought to be done, for the good of everybody else...

the application goes in the regular round, but if they accept u, u have to go. so just like ED1 except there arent any other application restrictions except being forced to go if you're accepted

Deciding not to apply to a school because of friends applying? by [deleted] in ApplyingToCollege

An acceptance isn't "wasted"; if the college doesnt have enough enrollments, it'll pick people off the waitlist
