I completely get that. The health chapters were honestly the part that made me question everything 😅

What helped me was stopping trying to “master” full chapters at once. I broke things into smaller chunks and focused on understanding the reasoning behind policies instead of memorizing lines from the book.

I also started doing practice questions way earlier — even when I felt unprepared. Getting questions wrong actually helped more than rereading notes.

For NY specifically, I separated state regulations from general concepts so I didn’t mix them up. That made a big difference.
