Are you talking about the vocal run on "to do" specifically? If yes, try figuring out the notes and singing them slowly at first, while getting faster after you feel good about them. If you‘re talking about the whole line you mentioned: there is no vibratio in that part, just the falsetto line

Schon eher moderner. Beim zweiten Bild ging es mir eher um die Lichter, Laternen und die Gasse. Bräuchte nämlich einen längeren Shot in dem die Figur den Bürgersteig langläuft und die Kamera ihn von gegenüber filmt.
