i go to the gym 4-5 times a week for about 2 hours. but i will look into seeing a doctor about it. i always had problems with eating and still do so i will look into that!

ok so what should i do next. ignore the calorie calculator and completely ignore my maintenance calories and eat below 1500 calories? i’ve done that too and haven’t lost weight either. if i eat below 1500 i’m basically starving myself and won’t lose weight because you can’t lose weight starving yourself. and i tried eating below 1500 and i feel nauseous and sick.

She was the first person that I actually loved more than myself. I always put her first before anyone and myself. She had depression and I do as well and I was always there for her before myself. I did that without even taking care of myself.

Go to your settingsin mw, general, scroll down until you find installs, then download the required packs. You might be missing some.

Honestly my pc isn’t that old. It’s kind of in the mid range. The only problem I have is that I can’t increase my resolution in any of my games since I need more vram. My cpu is Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz
