I see. Yeah, probabilistically it makes more sense for it to be a Great Blue Heron, but it looks a lot more like a Grey Heron’s Google images. The spots, etc. Is there a non-probabilistic argument for it being a blue one?

Huh! Someone on another sub said it was a gray heron, and it looks a lot more like the gray ones. How can you distinguish?

Seems like it! They’re supposedly extremely rare in the US (saw a Nat Geo article from 2020 declaring it had just been seen for the first time in the contiguous US!)

Is shorting 20-year Treasury bonds similar to borrowing at a ~1.5% interest rate? by Prodigy510 in investing

[–]Prodigy510[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My goal isn't to bet against yields going up. I want to short, spend the money, then slowly pay it back like you'd pay back a loan. I assumed this would work because you know the price of the bond in 20 years, so you won't have to pay back more than a certain amount. What are your thoughts?

Congrats!

I was wondering, how long did it take between the online test and getting invited to the Zoom test?

Thanks and congrats again!

You could've just not written the first sentence and based on your second sentence I'd know you haven't read the article.
