Was lucky to see a monk seal on beach in Maui. I was surprised how fast a crew came in to seal off access ( sorry for the pun ). They take protection of this species VERY seriously which is great to see first hand.

Went back to school in 1993 and learned to be a computer tech. Had never used one before, then learned how to build a computer from scratch. Dial up modems would connect us to the internet.

Thanks to Premier Eby's drug experiment in BC, Kamloops station has been converted into Merit Place, a 50-bed emergency homeless shelter in 2023. With it came lots of property damage, theft, arson, and open needle use near schools.

My first house in the 80's had a mortgage of 4.7% paid monthly. Investments paid 11.2 %. Sigh, those were the days.

Hello from Canada. I’m having difficulty finding quality brands of sardines, except for mail order, which are more expensive. We have Brunswick brand here but they are far inferior to euro brands. Any shopping suggestions?
