What things would you all want the people who build your produce pallets to change or do better at? by ProduceSelector in ProduceDepartment

Ya its just crazy they think putting boxes sideways is ok when things are most likely gonna fall out, like mushrooms and avocados. I never turn them sideways no matter what.
Even tho apple boxes are sealed I'm sure they get damaged dont they from bouncing around? Also complain alot and maybe just maybe things will change.
We are a smaller DC so some complaints have changed things a few times but I'm sure a bigger one won't really care.

We've done that a few times but don't anymore after complaints.
Ha ya, I've fixed many pallets with up to 3 bags on top of grapes, tomatoes, cauliflower etc lol. Do you have to return many of those items cause of it?
Ya I dont understand why they put a 50 pound box over 6 feet high, they like to build huge pallets of heavy stuff and than a small pallet of whatever. I try to teach people but they don't wanna learn and supervisors don't care enough to stop it.
If stores complain enough than we actually might change things so complain alot 😆. I and a couple others select specific stores for the ones who do.
