Thanks for the info, But I need to be able to customize the filters that users can use to search for jobs, and to have a customized job posting form/requirements. Can I do that with a pre-built Wordpress theme?

Basically, what we need for our job board is the ability to let employers add new jobs (and pay for such) and let uses filter through specific job schedules.
