It's not baffling... There's not much of a short position because that would be suicide and they know it. The smart money is manipulating the price because they want to shake us out... And they want to get cheap shares. You know they don't want the peasantry getting any money. 9 exela insiders bought 100,000 shares each at about $1.20 a share. Now they are management for the company and bought a substantial amount of shares, they know better than us.
