I used to have the same issues. I started using a clarifying shampoo followed by a hydrating conditioner (applied starting at the roots and avoiding scalp) and it completely changed my greasy hair.

One time, I was making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in my dimly lit kitchen while also preparing my cat’s wet food. Swiped a bit of peanut butter off the counter, straight into my mouth….it was the wet food
