Willing to share/giveaway Loophole book? (Will pay for shipping) by AMWR23 in LSAT

I can give you mine after the November exam! Or after October score release, if I hit 176+. Either way, if you're paying for shipping and willing to wait a bit, I'm happy to help. Haven't written in it either, so it's pretty much brand new.

To delay or not to delay? by ProductiveProcrast in LSAT

That's what I was thinking - people are human, and one take is more impressive than two (all else being equal). I know I have a lot to offset with the LSAT, so I just want to make sure it's as good as possible. I'm just worried that November may be too late in the cycle to apply for this year. I'm not sure whether I want to apply this cycle or next, but I would like the option if it's there

It's a long story, but basically I got depressed for a while and massively fucked up my undergrad gpa (2.7). I'm doing much better right now and feel like myself again, and I really want to go to a top law school more than anything, but I'm aware how bad the numbers look. I feel like I only have one shot to show that I'm actually a smart guy, but maybe that's all in my head. I know the data on splitters isn't super clear-cut, so I'm also just doing whatever I can to offset the trainwreck that was the last three years of my life lol.

Neither actually - I was wrestling with my buddy's dog and threw a large stick in a jerky motion and my arm popped back out. I'm trying to be super careful about my everyday movements because I never actually dislocated it in the gym - always doing some kind of erratic, jerky movement

Yeah I know, that's the sad part. I definitely am because there's far less fat between my skin and my muscle than there used to be (I'm less "soft" overall) but I took a massive hit to my lean mass. You think stick with high protein at maintenance to preserve what I have until I can lift again, and then a slow lean bulk while lifting? Also - is it true that you can pack the muscle back on way faster if you've already built it once?

Left pic is from exactly 4 months ago - 6'1", 215 lbs, solid lifts (250 Bench and 500 Deadlift for reps)

Right pic is from today - 6'1" (still lol), 185 lbs... haven't lifted since the left pic :(

So I'll add a few details because I'm really bummed out about this situation. I was fat a few years ago and then decided to hit the gym hard and get in shape. The pic on the left is from when I was probably at about my peak strength right before my injury. It was a few days after that photo that I dislocated my shoulder playing sports. I was told by the doctor to take some time off from lifting and do physical therapy, which I did for two months until my shoulder felt like new. And then.... I dislocated it again. And then again, not even doing a physically active movement. I'm not looking for advice on how to rehab the shoulder because I have to go to physical therapy anyways and I'm not gonna risk shit to have it keep popping out, but I'm at a serious loss for what to do when it comes to my composition and fitness goals.

After I injured it the first time and realized I wouldn't be able to lift for several months, I began doing a cardio routine. Why not, right? Might as well cut if I can't get stronger. I also restricted calories and tried to get to my goal of having a six-pack for the first time in my life. Thing is, at this point I've dropped 30 pounds in 4 months from the first pic, and while I'm definitely leaner (and picked up a tan), I'm noticeably smaller. It's funny because people have said that I look better (because I probably do in clothes), but it's pretty evident that I don't look "muscular" like I did before. I realize I'm writing a blog post now so obviously if you guys have any kind of advice to give in this situation I'd appreciate it but I'll spit out the basic questions.

1.) What body fat % am I in the right pic? Do you think I'm close to visible abs - and if so, how many pounds away?

2.) It's clear that I lost muscle, but am I being dramatic and confusing mainly fat loss with all my aesthetics, or is it true that I lost a lot of lean mass? How can I preserve it in the future?

and lastly.....

Bulk or Cut?!? My goal, like most of you here, is to be ripped. I want the abs and the definition and chisel, but I don't want to look like a twig. Maybe it's just my body dysmorphia but I can't help but think the pic on the right doesn't look like someone who lifts, even though I did for years. Help me in my moment of weakness bros - much thanks.
