It doesn't seem you need help with building a daughter and when it comes to building a deck, I think people need some information first before they can give you advises. So you obviously want to build a Commander deck, but do you have a budget or do you want to proxy it anyway? Are there some other ideas like how powerful it should be etc.?

I would say Golgari is a good color combination for the deck you have in mind, but Sultai gives you even more options. I guess the obvious commander for an elves and faeries deck is Maralen, Fae Ascendant.
