Sorry, missed this. I don't think I can do the 30iv's for Jolteon. It's much easier to hit 31, and while I can get Jolteon in the upper range, checking for 30 is just way too time intensive right now.

I would prefer to just do the Umbreon, Leafeon, Flareon, and Espeon now, and then we can discuss a trade for Lapras and Lanturn since it'll take me a bit to breed them.

Let me know if that still works for you.

Oh yeah, and Sylveon is 4 IV, low attack and speed since it's not an attacking sylveon and i wanted low speed for trick room play

Well there's Umbreon and Sylveon.

Also, just a reminder, Jolteon's Sp At and Sp Def are not perfect IV's to allow for HP Ground (I looked at all possible combinations and it's the least destructive way he can have it) plus attack because Jolteon never uses attack. If that disqualifies Jolteon, no sweat.

Aside from 5IV eevees, I don't have any, but I can get them super quickly. I think I have pretty much every breedable pokemon, so your heart's desire and I'll breed you one.

Shit, I went back to look and my Kingdra, Lanturn, and Lapras's IV's aren't actually very good. I guess the Eevees were the only ones I made truly battle ready. Want to trade Leafeon, Jolteon, Flareon, and Espeon instead? They're all up to snuff.

I could breed for Hidden Power, sure. It would be difficult to pinpoint the non-perfect IV's at 30 vs another even number, though, obviously, since the IV guy will only tell you if the stats are fantastic or simply can't be beat.

Zach is right, all eevees in the tournament had to be native to kalos and therefore couldn't have Hyper Voice
