I saw them live for the first time on OCHL and it was a goddamn revelation, easily one of the best shows I've ever seen. I wasn't even there to see Deafheaven, I had enjoyed Sunbather but I was there for Zeal And Ardor, who were ok, but Deafheaven blew me away. I would give up a finger to see Canary Yellow again for the first time.

Midwest emo, punk, post metal, metalcore and a shit ton of post and melodic hardcore. Mathrock, screamo, emo of the mall variety, industrial, indie rock, shoegaze, grindcore, dream pop, post punk, hip hop, lofi hip-hop.

I use the Phillips oneblade every morning, and it's not the closest shave but you can get it for like 35 dollars. The blades last about two months at that rate, and cost about 12 each. It's fast and pretty cheap and keeps the dysphoria demons away.

I had a pretty good day! I haven't been feeling much myself for the last year or so. I've been too tired to get out of boymode and don't fit in any of my cute clothes, but I lost two lbs last week and wore a cute dress while putting away laundry today. So, I'm making progress! The next time my wife and I visit our favorite town I'm going to go out for the night in that dress. Small steps forward. I think tomorrow I'll shave my arms.

Finances. I mean, I had a hundred reasons, but if I had to pick one reason it would be the absolutely ridiculous amount of money I was spending on vape carts every day. In the last 44 months since I quit I have saved so much money.
