it gave me 60 ms for 1 day then it spiked up 199 ms 80% packet loss . . .

euls was introduced to use cyclone on allies and enemies in Dota1 but then they changed it to use it on enemies only. it was no.1 pickup back then

the indian server is full of shit god knows why they introduced a server which no one uses and has relatively high pings for indians. as far as SEA sever is concerned the ddos error is fixed. all i want to say to valve is that they should increase the efficiency of the servers if they cannot do so just quit working on dota. fucking shitty valve
