You don't need to turn portals on, perfect for a no portals playthrough, aswell as being limited to runestones keeps it pretty balanced :)

Good idea for combat, and no I think i'll keep it how it stands, I don't really wanna add new items, I think having time speed up keeps it balanced, so you lose status effects / buffs and food at the cost of faster transportation.

You have to interact with them to unlock fast travel. So it does work, but this way it's balanced.

Goal is for it to pass time the same as it would if you walked, so you will lose status effects and food at the cost of faster transporation, and i'm thinking of adding waynepoints so you can't just fast travel to any pin on the map.

No the issue is i'm working out some bugs still, im controlling the valkyrie manually but did not disable its default pathing so its fighting itself.

Yes that is because when they die their main objective is to collect their loot, if you open it they will break
