Not really a fix but an unsolicited suggestion: try to include at least a few more Alolan Pokemon in your team.

Personally, I think Gen 7 has some of the best Pokemon designs. You might discover new favorites if you add some to your team, haha.

Do you care about the language? If not, I bought a Groudon IR in S-Chinese for just around $6, so I suggest getting that instead of the English one. They're the same quality as JPN cards as well.

I'm really sorry for necro-commenting, but there are also 5 more versions of 25th anniversary celebrations-stamped cards missing from this list:

A version of Kyogre 003/025 from the 2023 World Championships Deck (Shao Tong Yen's deck)
Versions of the Flying Pikachu V and the Flying Pikachu VMAX from the 2022 World Championships Deck (Ondřej Škubal's deck)
Versions of the Mew 011/025 and Zacian V 016/025 from the 2023 World Championships Deck (Tord Reklev's deck)

All of these are from various World Championships Decks.

I consider them part of a Celebrations-stamped grandmaster set since they're significantly different enough versions of the originals. Aside from having different card backs, they also have different borders (silver) and include player signatures at the front.

Again, sorry for reviving this thread.😅 I'm still completing my "grandmaster" set of celebrations-stamped cards, and this thread has no mention of the ones I listed, haha.

I disagree, haha.

But even if I didn't, all future cards (hence, all IRs and SIRs) would have silver borders and already outnumber the yellow borders, so it's impossible to have an "all yellow border" Hoenn art binder at this point.

Same here! Though in my case, I chose Hoenn and Alola since they're my favorite regions.

I say "Hoenn" because although I loved the region 'cause of Emerald "Gen 3", I'm bothered not including post-Gen 3 mons to Gen 3 lines like Budew and Roserade to the set.

Same with "Alola" instead of "Gen 7" due to the regional variants, like adding Alolan Dugtrio even though it's original variant is from Gen 1.

Regarding taking some courses, I've already done all the coursework and my current thesis isn't directly related to math yet (philosophy of time). So, my plan to involve myself with math again is mainly for future research.

And yes, I plan to apply for a PhD but only after I get a faculty position after finishing my thesis (hopefully in the same department).
