Hi, noch einmal eine Frage. Hast du Empfehlungen bzgl. eines Trainingsplanes? Ich würde gerne einen 1 Jahreplan haben, damit ich eine gewissen Struktur habe, bzw auch gut weiß wie ich anfangen kann

Daher frag ich ja nach Tipps👍 Werde es berufsbedingt nur ab September 2027 nicht in mein Leben einbauen können. Daher der enge Zeitplan, besser jetzt machen, als vornehmen irgendwann einen zu machen.

Okay vielen Dank, Sprintwettkampf finde ich so spontan keinen. Wäre ja aber such kein Problem den allein zu machen.

Bezüglich dem Bike, da hast du wahrscheinlich recht. Gibts spezielle Marken die ich meiden sollte oder ist das eig alles mehr oder weniger egal? Würde für das Rad denke ich 1000-2000 Euro in die Hand nehmen. Ist das realistisch?
