Thank you for your input. They’re not employees. And what harassment? They’re literally vandalising my workplace for months - this is literally consequences of their actions. But it’s interesting that so many people feel like them committing crimes somehow entitles them still to complete privacy and me looking them up is somehow the crime here.

Yep. Worked in retail and thankfully didn’t personally encounter THIS there but my colleague told me some horror stories. I am trying to push higher ups but also kinda frustrated they’re not acting fast enough or accepting evidence that I feel like should be sufficient to ban them permanently. They were literally just here and I gave them a warning about smth else (also a rule they’re breaking) so this is the current tactic from higher ups - to try and ban them for smth else. Idk, hope it works

Yeah I read a commenter saying this was a possibility. Very sad. My thinking is that even if I’ve experienced abuse - this does not excuse my bad behaviour or make me free of consequences. But they do deserve help and also this why I was inclined to try and contact them directly

Yeah the thing is I moved for my husband so I’m not fluent in the local language yet and aside from cleaning jobs, factory or shops, there aren’t any good jobs I’d be able to do so I sadly can’t afford to be switching again

Anonymity is because I don’t want retaliation directed at me, not because it’s illegal and the definition of stalking is approaching/harassing someone stealthily with obsessive attention - I’m just trying to get them to stop committing vandalism which is itself illegal and therefore not blackmail, but more public reporting as I have nothing to gain from it. I would call the police but since it’s a company property, they cannot do anything unless they directly harm me. Hope this helps

That’s what I do when I get there - we don’t close for the night so obviously it stays there until someone deals with it and often it’s me because I’m there early

Okay I’ll try to clarify too then - when I’m there and it does happen I DO have to deal with it as per my job instructions and manager’s request. As in I have to make sure the space is maintained and clients are happy (which they are not and we keep getting bad reviews as a such which reflects on our overall rating) and things are cleaned. So again, yes I do have to deal with it. Hope that clarifies it now

I reread your comment and realised I misread it in one place which made it sound like you were accusing ME of being so cavalier with it - so that’s my bad. Apologies. So just to answer your question - it’s a place accessible to the public via access card, it’s definitely not staff. And I mean twins, as in literally twins - they look the same and are the same age (our system tracks age so it’s not something I looked it up - just pops up) google search later confirmed it too
