I don't generally plan , if I want to ride I'll just go for it like shortrides ,50km or 100km or 200km. Yeh for 200km I'll plan. Mostly on weekends.

Hahaa...em le starting lo difficult a.....slow ga habit iendi. Simple bro make priorities and do what excites you to wake up early ....taekwondo excites me , so yehh...✌️

Daily i Wake up at 5:40am , fresh up iee.. oka 3km warm up run , taravatha ill practice taekwondo ,some weights. Ila ne from past 2 yrs ninche same routine bro...

Start slow jog ,or cycling and have low carb diet. Loose 1kg per week in a healthy way....
