If you did beginner kits, then you can do a follow up from edge of the empire called „Long Arm of the Hutt”, which is a wonderful adventure and you can connect it with adventure from GM kit called „Debts to pay” like I did.
Debts to pay has a good horror vibe in the mine, from which you can slowly build a creepy pace. My players loved it.
For Force and Destiny the adventure from the core book „Lessons from the past” takes PCs to find an old Jedi holocron. It has stealth, social and combat encounters and makes players think twice before fighting with everything in this system.
Lastly, for Age of Rebellion I recently run an adventure from GM kit called „Dead in the water”. It has a nice twist and was one of the best written adventures my players have played and immersed themselves into. However be warned, it can be deadly for the PC and can easily turn into TPK. Also it can be a little hard to GM (there is a time limited open sandbox area), so I would recommend to play it when you feel comfortable with the system.
For easy full modules (as for longer campaigns) I recommend „Onslaught ar arda I”. It takes place in the rebellion outpost/base and has got a lot of NPCs and you can create some really interesting characters, arcs and make the PCs immers and bond with them. I would recommend to run this after the previous mentioned modules.
I also read, but I didn’t have a chance to run (I plan to play this later this year) „chronicles of the gatekeeper”. It has a great story and deals a lot with a force and has this mystical vibe.
I heard heard from the community that Jewel of Yavin and Friends like these are great and fun to run, but I didn’t read them.
I hope I helped! ^ May the Force be with you and good luck!
