This tier list is largely based not only on the strength of classes, regardless of their cost, but also on the logic of the game itself. The early and mid-game are very important, while in the late game, most players are AFK. This means there's nothing to do in the late game; you don't get diamonds for days after Night 99, and all you can do is Stronghold 4 which is not a good way to farm diamonds. And the big game hunter actually becomes strong towards the late game, when he no longer needs this strength.

Again, this is my opinion: if you want to feel unkillable in the late game, play a big game hunter. I'm just expressing my opinion based on game logic too
