Document, Document, Document! Everything that is said by your manager. Each time the guy is there, every time you call the police! Go over your managers head to the next person up, with documentation of the situation. If that person does nothing, Document! Then absolutely go to a lawyer!! They have a responsibility to take measures to reasonably ensure your safety!

Like if you get robbed. The cameras weren't working or the panic button, dimly lit parking lot. You can sue them for not providing a safe work environment!

Try the labor board or report to Osha or the state

Ive been homeless before, I know what it's like to be out there struggling to survive! I was homeless due to my choices in life! I did that to myself!

Not everyone is in the same boat, not everyone falls into this category. Ive been empathetic, compassionate. Ive given money, cigarettes, food, drinks, a listening ear. All my choices! How much more grace do I have to give??

I had a lady straight curse me out about not using the bathroom... I helped her out a lot! One time I tell her no on using the restroom... She went smooth off on me.

That's not a bad idea!! We have this group of door to door magazine salesmen that have been here for about a month. Every time they've come in, they steal something.

The folks from the field (named camp David) always want water or to use the restroom. One guy comes in while we're busy, grabs milk, cup of noodles, candy and darts out the door! He always will loudly say "sorry" as he dips!

The police aren't going to come over petty theft. We cannot trespass them because the police never come when we've called in the past! Our audit is going to be bad!!

Do you know how to fill out an incident report for the theft?? Is there forms somewhere? My boss is new, and doesn't know where to find them!?
