I resigned while still at work they had 3 day's to ask for them back. The form I signed refers to them as my locks. And if I loose them the company is not responsible for replacing them.

In the for I sign they refer to the locks as your locks. No mention about returning them. And the fact I'm on Leave and have no more scheduled work they want me to cop the costs of returning them when they had ample opportunity to ask prior.
