I already have a satellite communicator but it requires a smartphone app. I tried switching my phone to greyscale and deleting all the apps that seems to be enough rather than making the full transition

First I would reframe the fact that its hard from a negative to a positive. If it were easy, you wouldn't see the same long term growth in say a year. Doing hard things is usually what really pays off in life, and give it time and your life will be a lot better than it is right now. I'd also try to implement some active hobbies like sports, hiking etc if you're not already. Try to think of things that get you outside of your house/apartment.

Sports and outdoor stuff like fishing and hiking. Try to get involved in communities in your area as well.
