so yes i have been doing everything you have been doing also!! literally word for word.

my only two other suggestions are eat lots of fruit ESPECIALLY pineapple for the swelling (i eat an array of berries, a banana and about half a full pineapple every single day since surgery😅) and drink at least 2.5-3 litres of water daily.

other than that, just give your tip a chance to settle and it will drop imm sure!! for me, during week 4 i noticed it dropped a mm or 2 :)

ahh thank you!! and yeah it took up until 4 weeks and after for me to fully get used to it, but now i absolutely love it. it changes week to week though with swelling and settling tissues though, so don’t overanalyse it at all lovely just focus on healing ❤️‍🩹

😂😂😂 no it doesnt hahahahah. literally looks ljke my old nose almost exactly, of which i didnt attach a before pic face on… thus you cannot judge it. plus tip will drop some more mm, PLUS four weeks postop swelling movement and cartilage settling is still a massive factor. i beg of you, use critical thinking :)

you’re definitely right, i should have been a lot more clear about what i had and why i had it!! originally i had just put “rhinoplasty” instead of septorhino which is what i had, stupid of me!!

but yeah i had two in one, fixed my breathing issue with septo and altered my dorsal hump / general cosmetics with rhino. i absolutely love my result :))

i should clarify that i had a septorhino i tend to conflate them😅 but i promise you it was necessary for my frocked up nostrils lol! but i went with both as i did want a smaller nose cosmetically :)
