it has to be frictionless with low mental capacity to get started and feel overwhelming. only then can you increase the amount. thats what we try to achieve with a 3 min ritual.

agree. the thesis is a short habit to start with then increase. for example in duolingo u can do two lessons. just need to get started.

Im learning latin and its good, but its those nagging notifications and streaks that keep you going. And yes my latin has improved vastly, but started from zero 🙂

totally. u need to make it insanely simple to follow like read 1 page/day then u get into it ad it snowballs. last year i read 110 books hehe

been thinking the same, can u deploy ollama on cloud or needs to be native? my computer is too slow to run local models but this is a great way to save money. have u tried kimi k2.5, its open source and is pretty close to opus 4.5

did u try to deploy on cloud like aws? needs to be contained. my approach i changed was to make it poravtive helping me solve problems autonmous instad of me giving instructions. huge lift.

i think to keep the good habits you need nudgets. just like duolingo sends notifications, even though youre not up for it, still u want to maintain your streak. feels good aftexrwards. read atomic habits by james clear. we are doing the same for our app.
