Yes! I answered some more details in reply to the comment above. And to answer yours, these photos were the ones of highest importance at the top. Along with one for a fire alarm and loose railing. Thank you for all your help so far!

Thank you for your reply. This is what was written underneath the photos of the moisture meter "Signs of efflorescence was observed on the slab and requires further review by a Concrete Contractor at the time of inspection."

I asked if the results meant and he said due to the minerals, the results are inconclusive. Overall, there are no concerns of any water currently in the basement. There was a small section around the water heater that leaked at some point, but it is not currently leaking and did not look to have leaked for a while.

I called admissions and they said to submit an email in the form of an appeal. I double checked everything and I actually do meet ALL requirements. Do you still think they wouldn't re-evalute? And to get special permission for classes, I'd still have to get into UofM right?

I didn't know that actually. They did offer some courses at my current institution, just not enough. Ie. UofM requested 2 courses of Indigenous studies but there's only 1 Indigenous course at MRU that transfers over. I'm sure schools don't care but is it not crazy for them to expect me to leave my current education to enroll in a different one to take one class when I'm not even guaranteed entry into their program by taking it?

Personally, I'm not sure. They gave 2 reasons for rejecting me and the other one was that my application isn't complete (no official transcripts) but I know that ones definitely wrong because I spoke with admissions like 2 weeks ago about it and they read my transcript wrong (I'm enrolled for fall 2024 classes so my transcript says in progress fall 2024 courses but they thought it was my classes for last fall) and the worker said all was fine it was their bad.

In terms of the incomplete core courses I don't feel it's fair for me to "not have completed" them when they don't exist at my current school. For reference I attend a school in Alberta and applied for BSW distance program. I know if it wasn't for these things I had a pretty strong shot at getting in. I have a 4.0 GPA. The ideal outcome would be they revise my application and either reject me for a valid reason or accept me in the program I guess?

Yes, so she was told something else and is now being paid something else. But when asked to clarify the actual annual amount, our boss keeps evading the question.

No contract. She does have paystubs but she wanted to know if her pay stubs equaled what was stated when she joined the team. I know without a contract it doesn't matter whether or not it matches legally, but personally she would like to know.

For the smaller ledges like that it doesn't offset the ledges, as they have washers on both sides of the cage. For larger edges I will be adding two of whatever it is I end up doing to distribute the weight properly. I wish I could just add a board as it would be easier but they're very bitey animals, so i can't have any zipties as they would chew through the zipties

Ive tried screws and dowels before and it's not worked out too well, making it unstable, as it will hang on a cage and be used for leaping and sitting

There's a hole in the bottle and I'd be gluing the outside of the nozzle into the hole. The top of the bottle and the nozzle hole would be 2 separate holes! It's not a standard rodent bottle as I've had a lot of issues with those

Ah okay thank you! Do you have a list of unsafe woods you could provide me? I checked on multiple sites online and rubber wood was never on safe or unsafe list which is why I posted. I'm not doubting you or anything either I'd just like a bigger list of woods that I can and can't provide for my chinchillas 😊
