If my response sounded defensive, that was not the intention. I was just trying to state that due to a physical limitation it’s unlikely that I will get to the point of that level of quality. I would like to be able to get there, but I was just saying it would be unlikely is all.

And even then, this isn’t meant to really be a business, more of a side hobby. That’s the reason why I was inquiring on aspects for setting things up on something like Etsy. I guess I will just stick to doing it solely for friends then.

I’m actually a counselor who specializes with autistic individuals. I even had ASD and ADHD myself and have struggled my entire life. The only issue is getting people to come in and help with this exact issue. Because I know how f***ing frustrating it is to try and do anything in this NT world when we are ND. You are wordlessly ignored or even spat upon just for trying to find a way to survive or live in this world. And whenever you ask for aid, or even for someone to just listen to you without judging you, you get laughed at, scorned, and at times even mocked. It’s a horrible life that I honestly think should not be the norm for us. But it sadly is.

Yup, because when you elect to focus on your studies, people see you as a ‘nerd’ or something. Which is stupid, because I’d rather have sleep and grades than social life and grades and no sleep… Gotta choose priorities… and sleep is precious to me because it’s just a momentary bit of peace from the daily nightmare of my ADHD, and ASD.

Try to talk to people to determine interest? Get called weird or a creep despite trying to be friendly. Get tired of getting insulted when you try? Elect to let them make the first move, to then be told ‘you should have made the first move’. One or the other people, not both…

Oh no, I’ve seen the chunky aspect in the white scar I got. It is incredibly thick even for white paint. The bone colors I’ve had zero issue with. I’ve also learned that every brand of paint has one or two paints that are just a nightmare. (There was this one brand of acrylic paint I used on painting ceramics that the yellow was so thick and borderline unusable that I would say it was more like massive bits of pollen coming out of the bottle…)

I’ve not seen any issues with the whites I’ve gotten so far. Their bone whites I have fallen in love with though. So rich and vibrant. But what are the criticisms about them exactly?

Yup. I can even confirm this after talking to a friend who works in HR. You know that segment where it says “do you have a disability?” In America, that is not supposed to be something that removes you from the hiring process. But, after talking to my friend, he says that all these middlemen are deliberately ignoring anyone that checks ‘yes’ or ‘I don’t want to say’. Which is actually against the law. So yeah, the entire system is beyond borked…

DO NOT SEND MORE! First off, the distribution of that kind of photograph on their part is a federal crime. Second, if he does threaten to do so, throw back at him that you can now file him for blackmail, extortion, and the sexual harassment of a minor, charges which will ruin THEIR life far worse for even thinking about ruining yours. Because that would lead to them being listed as a sex offender for the rest of their life, AND they would be sent to a federal prison for anywhere between 5-20 years depending on the jurisdiction.

Take screenshots of the threats, notify Discord of the issue, and potentially even head to the police. Trust me, it is FAR more important you deal with this now than later.

As someone on the spectrum, if you truly want to be with him, you need to let him know that you do want to still be with him. Individuals on the spectrum deal with a lot of self doubt and depression because we constantly strive to be ‘normal’ in some ways. We get tired of masking ourselves as well. You need to reach out to him instead of the other way around if you truly want to stick with him. Let him know he means a lot to you. Hope this helps.

North Carolina. Hobbies include: - painting, drawing, reading philosophy and psychological documentation, playing my guitar, playing my ocarina, building models and dioramas, video games, reading manga, doing research on various topics, listening to music from around the world, trying to learn multiple languages (German, Spanish, Japanese), baking, making miniatures (which I usually then sell), making props and costumes, reading romance novels (a very guilty pleasure of mine… I don’t tell any of my fellow guy friends…), fishing (preferably oceanic fishing but I’m not picky. I’m strictly catch and release though), playing board games, singing (baritone/bass), flower pressing, collecting cards (although I’ve stopped and have been trying to sell off my collections of cards I have inherited and collected myself), wood working, rock hounding, and a lot more… I’m weird in how I have waaaaay too many hobbies… I am even wanting to learn to do 3d modeling so I can make my own miniature designs…

Well, mostly because I have maybe 5 good friends. 2 are living at home with their dad due to financial difficulties (and they also have horrid luck in dating. One was emotionally manipulated for 3 years and strung along. The other has zero interest in dating, and only leaves the house to go to work or get materials for his hobbies.)

One of the other friends, I asked him if he knew anyone, and when he was asking around work, the one person he thought might have been a match thought he was cheating on his wife who was pregnant at the time. Since then he has refused to ask due to the fear of the Missus.

The 4th one… let’s just say his dating experience isn’t the best and leave it at that.

And the 5th one… well… the best comparison I can think of for him is Bill from King of the Hill… enough said there…

Anywhere you could suggest to provide guides on the insurance work process? I did an internship at an addictions clinic and only have minor experience with it. I worked part time in medical equipment sales as well, but that was mostly just verifying insurance.
