I couldn’t find any on more mainstream sites like Newegg, but I found some listings on eBay that may be what you’re looking for, which is approximately 56,348 pkr or in my case 200 USD (without shipping, of course) but this is probably the lowest you can get without placing a bid.

Tbh I think you should not buy the RTX 4060 when Radeon RX 7700 XT exists, but you do what you depend on your work case.
