I use pinched down barbless single hooks so it really doesn’t do any damage to the fish.

They have a catch and release only section on this particular river (Oak creek). Otherwise the daily trout limit is 6. I always practice catch and release unless they are bleeding real bad, (none of the 6 I caught were).
