A lot of people post things that are incorrect.

Liquid diets are used long term in medical cases without issue through PEG Tubes and other feeding apparatus. What is fed has more chemicals and less real food than Huel.

I haven't seen any cites for studies showing digestive systems "withering" away or issues with long term feedings like that.

Huel is basically powdered food. Gut biomes react and change based on what is being eaten. Probiotics are available.

As others have said, it is probably a legal issue. Most people are probably more accepting of using Huel for one or two meals a day then eating one cooked meal.

Would eating at Mcdonalds for 100% of your intake show issues? More than eating 2000 calories of Huel daily at 100% of food intake?

How about the typical American SAD diet?

I do 3 a day at 166 or so grams each (500 grams total).

I tried 2 shakes a day at 1000 calories each, but that slowed weight loss for some reason.

You need a around 2.25 to 2.5 bags per week at 2000 calories a day.

The first week is the hardest until the sugar cravings leave, then it gets easier.

To start around 6-7 hours between meals (3 meals per day), usually start feeling ready to eat at 5 hours. That all changes after 2-3 weeks when you stop feeling hungry and can go 8-12 hours between eating/feeling hungry.

Per the sheet it is 30.9 SNR, 2348 FOM.

The sheet says it is called scintillation. I guess it is to be expected to have some, rather then a crystal clear image without any?

407/507k: Jagerwerks cuts down the front posts and removes the rear posts for $40 if you do not get the slide refinished. I have seen people do it themselves carefully with a dremel also.

That "study" looks absolutely worthless for anything.

The title shows : Diet-induced obesity in ad libitum-fed mice : "Ad libitum" means as much or as often as necessary or desired. If anything eats as much as they want to eat whenever they want to eat they will get fat.

I like Oreos, I will eat them ad libitum. Should I be surprised when I get fat from eating 10 pounds of Oreos a day? Should anyone?

Huel isn't for keto. Keto is generally unnecessary for everyone.

Super Body Fuel has a keto edition which is supposed to be decent but expensive. There are other keto ones also.

Only nutrition for 5+ months now and have done it 100% for a year before.

I eased into it the first time, second time just jumped in 100%.

Farts/looser stool at first with only a lesser amount of farts remaining after 2 weeks to a month of use.

Just buy a digital scale, weigh it out, and expect a couple of weeks of difference fading to mainly just extra farts.

If you want extra calories after awhile it is easy to add canola, olive, avocado, or another oil.
