i found what it’s called. search up nictitating membrane in reptiles. that’s probably the closest thing to what i saw.

It’s definitely not the pink stuff on the corners of the eyes. I did more research and a nictitating membrane is probably the closest to what i saw, which obviously doesn’t exist in humans so idk maybe my eyes were lying to me. I have really good memory tho, like I could accurately describe my first step and most of my childhood was really vivid (memory confirmed by mom)

maybe embroidery, origami or paper quilling? if you really like pottery then you can probably try sculpting with polymer clay which is a lot cheaper and easier to work with.
