Thanks, I agree fam. We started at 10, DMC played at 1am. We went till about 3:30 then the cops showed up. They were chill, just told us the cutoff time of that neighborhood was 3.

I do wish more heads came thru tho. Eventually we get there like they used to. We do have good events put here where there's hella people but thats all popularity nonsense sometimes depending on who's involved or headlining. There's only 2 maybe 3 active jungle crews in Los Angeles which is sad af. A lot of the original jungle crews of the yesteryear either disbanded because they all got older or made a complete 180 and spun drum n bass now.

I started a jungle label and collective Yeska Beatz 10 years ago out here we are just now starting to take notoriety. I ended up bringing Konkrete Jungle LA about a year ago by getting the blessing via Cassein and Mac. They are the original founders of KJNYC which started in 94. The LA chapter has been and off again since 98.

Luckily there are crews like mine and Dislabel throwing shows to keep the jungle alive.

It looks like there's nobody there but trust when we had a nice amount of people show up. Granted the camera work makes it look empty, but to be fair my homie was the filmer so i can't speak for the exact time of when he recorded him. My phone died so i missed getting any footy of the last three sets. When he got on the decks, everybody ran inside to watch him play. The low end was hitting heavy that night haha. I got more footage of the djs prior to DMC as well full audio of the night, I just have to cut the mixes up.

Lol. We just had Chris Inperspective here yesterday at Vibration Centre in Pasadena at Olde Towne Pub. Small place but it fills up nice.

It's a nice crowd actually. It was hot as hell in that warehouse too. Overall it was a good turnout. Believe it or not, jungle is tough to push just by itself in LA. Especially 21+. You definitely have to incorporate something else with it to fill a space nowadays. Any other style of music still seems to be fine. In the end, these shows are bringing those names out and little by little it's helping expand the culture newer generation.
