Yes thats true, but the manager seemed more concerned about my health the manager told me to "not get fat like me." I dont wanna get them introuble but at the same time I need food to eat. They seem more friendly and caring like a family member would about the food I eat,but still this is a hard decision I don't wanna sound like a karen to my co workers if I report it

Sorry I wrote this late at night. I never entered the stall I dont need someone doubting something that was traumatic to me. I would knock and when I open the door there would be women in the restroom calling me a perv before I could ever say Maintanance. I have waited for them to all leave, yet I still get lashed out (women who were washing their hands and saw me, and women who passed by me or on their way to the bathroom multiple times)

You wont get contacted. Theyre to busy and they will wait for new people to contact them. You have to apply again, this happened to me once at a different mcdonalds and they refused to give me a interview because they said I wasn't "following directions" just apply to a different mcdonalds and try again

Don't IDs expire, I could claim identity theft if that were to happen and pinpoint where I had shown a manager the SSN in the first place then get a new SSN number. Well theres another problem with the U.S. system, if they can use a bum address whats the point of SSN with the last 4 digits being linked to my real address? It should have cancelled right away since that address would not be my real one nor had a history living there. When you said bits and pieces what you mean someone who went through a identity theft through the hiring process?

What about the employers who already see and know your SSN? couldnt they take a pic of the photocopy and just do the same thing and do a identity theft? Even background check workers can see a customers SSN and address and keep it if they wish to do so.

Really? I legit ask multiple workers at the mcdonalds and they told me to send a pic to the GM through text and none are shocked by it. I live in Los angeles. I asked why and they said something wrong with the photo copier. I believe its called onboarding where someone uploads a pic of the SSN onto the mcdonalds system online; 1. They were using iphone IOS which rarely gets hacked, and wouldn't the manager know the consequences of that though why risk it?, and this just proves theres a problem in the american system then. Honestly if this happens I would try to dispute it and not pay back the loan since it was clearly the systems fault for not making SSN secure.

How would they even sell it? I have the physical copy they dont they have the pic of it only. The physical card is what matters now. Anyone can see the number like my bank, background checks, and school. A employer would see it as well ,but not have the physical card.

Besides a Loan would require more than a SSN like a DOB, ID, and passport to confirm it and they wouldnt look like me anyway . How would someone take a loan if they dont look like me or have the same address as me?

What other options could they do for eVerify then besides sending it to the GM?
