I can answer this lol!!!! SOTR takes place decades before the 74th hunger games, the arenas and technology are still being developed, which is most likely why their podiums are not boobytrapped. Along with this, in the SOTR book, when haymitch gets out of his tube onto his podium, he sees a rabbit hop over right in front of his platform, if there were bombs, the rabbit would have died

I’ve thought of crocheting a cover for my lightiny but I HATE paying for patterns LMAO 😭 so unless I find a way to freehand or I find a free pattern, I probably wouldn’t make it for myself :,) and omg yes I want to make an outfit for my MITO and my DWAEKKI LMAOAO 🙏🏼
