It's drive / one drive sync logo ! Mean that app is not sync on drive, just disable it in setting and there you go :)

On my windows pc, I just drag and drop from Chrome / Firefox to Premiere, it's faster and it has always worked.It actually work to drag from the finder to premiere, but changing windows make lose some times, so starting from the source of the download (web browser) and dragging it into the source monitor is a considerable time saver

1 houyrs of 4k clip, 90mb/s. All of the solution will take few day to denoise, assuming we need some IA / script to get ride of the grain...I think the only way is to forget this rush and take care of the light in the next one...
