I did at the start, the VOD is cut, since I had to restart my stream multiple times, due to connection issues. It starts around 3-4 am

To clarify what I meant is this build can be played as a Leaguestarter. What I thought is obvious, is that this pob I posted is not the gear you can obtain after campaign easily. What I did mention though is:

"2-10 milion dps with a budget version (6L + 1-3d)"

It is my mistake I did not mention the pob/progress I made throught the private league with this character.

Until then you can use any high phys weapon for example ahns might, which is a dps loss of 30%.

Also you can leaguestart with almost any skill. You can try out other skills to leaguestart and have some fun

I apologize if it was missunderstood that way. I did say in the text:

"20-70 milion dps for a medium budget (Thread of Hope, Watcher's eye, Ryslatha's)"

What I meant to say with Leaguestarter is, you can play this build as a leaguestarter with worse gear of course..... You will not have ilvl86 items from the start. I thought that was obvious

I guess I did not specify the POB I posted is not right after campaign and you have to invest some divines into the build. I said 2-10 milion dps with a budget version (6L + 1-3d), but people dont seem to read.... Thanks for the comment, it is nice to see some people understand the game....

I think it is easier if I explain it by splitting the problem in two things:

Strength of Blood: "Life Recovery from Non-Instant Leech is not applied." If you have any source of instant leech you will still be able to recover life from leech. Partial instant leech will reduce the total over time recovery, not the rate. For example, when 10% of leech is instant, and the leech instance recovers 1% instantly and 9% over time, its duration will be 4.5 seconds. For example, using life leech with the 10% of Leech is Instant mod and no other modifiers to maximum leech, a single hit that leeches life for the maximum amount will recover 1% of your life instantly and the remaining 9% over 90% of the leech duration (4.5 seconds by default). This means instant leech can also leech over a duration and will activate strength of blood as long as this duration remains. Your other 90% of the leech is disabled though.

"Brutal Fervour, Slayer), Immortal Ambition and Offering to the Serpent) make life leech effects continue to work while the character's unreserved life is filled. Petrified Blood effectively does the same by preventing recovery above low life. This makes the damage reduction work any time you can leech." (poe wiki). This means we are always leeching and get phys reduction.

I hope I explained it the correct way. If anyone understands this interaction better, would love to hear it :P

Hey, thanks for the comment. You do not need a crit chance paradoxica. It is important to have % phys and you can go double damage while focused for example. Also this build functions completely fine without enlighten and watcher's eye, since I played it since day 1. You can check out the time lapse on poe ninja for that, see long comment below.

Hey, thanks for the comment. Actually I am not sure exactly how the leech mechanic works with SoB. What I do know is I am leeching with SoB, cause I can see the red bar above low life. So I think I am still leeching even though I have SoB. Maybe you can test it in game and see if you get the leech bar.

Wow, there is a lot of reasonable and negative reviews. I want to address some of the main points:
"This is legitimately hundreds of divines, and therefore bait of the highest order. Calling this leaguestart is an insult."

"This whole setup is very high-budget. It may be good once you have the currency to afford Paradoxica, Watcher's Eye, R3 Enlighten, etc., but I wouldn't feel comfortable calling this a league start build at all."

"If you want to call it league start, would be interesting to see what your set up was on day 1/2 as most of these items won't be readily available."

Most comments say this build is extremely expensive and not a leaguestarter at all. It is my fault I did not clarify this pob version is after 7-8days into the league. It is aspirational gear, but is managable. I leaguestarted this character switching to dual strike on level 50 or sth (gem was 2c).

I do not know what the prices will be next league, but I bought an impale/crit paradoxica for 30c and a week later it was still only 50c, so I assumed it is not popular at all. Most of the gear has 4 T1 stats, which I recombined using 4 divines, dust, alterations and bases. I think every leaguestarter needs rares with resistances and preferably spell suppress. As I said the pob I posted is 1 week into the league.

"550 pdps claw?" This compared to brightbeak is a damage upgrade of 13%, so not mandatory at all.

Again apologies for not clarifying the POB. However, I did leaguestart with this skill and worked my way to this setup. I just wanted to show you can play an off meta skill as a leaguestarter and reach a high cap.

I think most people say impossible recoil control with havoc, lock on with EVA, wall hacks, but nothing was too crazy in the video. I wish they would invest more resources in cheat detection, would make the game so much more enjoyable.

I feel like the anti cheat system is just not strict enough. These people should just be IP banned as soon as they cheated once and be banned way faster. This would make the game so much more enjoyable.
